Good breakfast, great location - easily walkable to theaters, restaurants, shopping, etc. Room was not ready until after 4, but no problem.

Lovely! Right in downtown Ashland on the creek. I ate next door at Beezy's for dinner. It was wonderful! There were many offerings for late evening dessert and wine at the hotel, and breakfast was especially wonderful! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely stay again! Great experience!

Our room overlooking Lithia Creek is exceptional compared to similarly priced motor inns. It was quiet and well appointed. Clean and comfortable. Convenient to downtown shops and restaurants.

We really liked the location. It was in downtown Ashland. Walking distance from restaurants, shopping and parks. The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. It was decorated for Christmas which made it very festive. The breakfast was decent, nothing special. We are not big breakfast eaters so it was fine.
